Information you provide
WishCraft handles recipient names, personal messages, chosen templates, photos and other gift content you enter. If you sign in or provide checkout contact details, account information such as your name and email may also be processed.
Browser storage
Drafts, gift history and payment-recovery references are saved in your browser. Selected photo files are held in browser storage while you edit. Clearing browser storage or using another browser can remove access to drafts and unfinished photo uploads.
What happens at checkout
Before payment, our database stores a checkout record containing the gift settings, names, messages, photo references and payment-order details. Canceling payment does not immediately delete this record. Uploaded photo files are sent to our storage only after payment verification, or for a valid zero-cost checkout. The gift is then published.
Why information is used
We use this information to preview and deliver gifts, process and recover payments, prevent duplicate purchases, operate the service and investigate technical problems.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase provides database and related services, and Razorpay processes payments. Configured storage providers hold uploaded media. Google sign-in is used when you choose that sign-in option. These providers process information needed to supply their services.
Sharing and retention
Anyone with a gift link may view and forward it. Avoid including sensitive information. Published links expire according to the selected duration. Checkout and payment records may remain for recovery and operational purposes; canceling checkout or link expiry does not mean every record is immediately deleted.
Your choices
You can change an unfinished draft, choose not to upload personal content, or clear browser data. Clearing browser data does not delete server records and may prevent recovery of unfinished uploads.
