Using WishCraft
WishCraft lets you personalise digital gifts and share them by link. Review your preview, selected template, price and link duration before checkout. Features vary by template.
Your content
Only upload photos, messages and other content you have permission to use and share. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or personal information you are not authorised to share.
Payment and delivery
Checkout displays the amount and any applicable promo-code discount. Razorpay processes payments. A gift is published after successful payment verification and completion of any required uploads. Keep the page open until your link is ready. A gift with a zero checkout total can be generated without a payment.
Gift links and availability
Gift links work for the duration shown at checkout; they are not lifetime links. Anyone who receives the link may open and forward it. Save anything you want to keep separately. Availability can be affected by network or service interruptions.
Failed payments and retries
If checkout is interrupted, use Retry or Check status in My Gifts to recover that attempt. Do not pay again for an already completed payment. A processing payment may need time to confirm before the link becomes available.
Payment problems
If you were charged but did not receive a working gift, retain your payment reference and contact WishCraft through the support details shown on your receipt or checkout. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law are unaffected by these terms.
Updates
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Review the version linked at checkout before starting a new purchase.
